The company owns two powerful freezing tunnels, capable of reaching temperatures up to -45C, ideal for taking the core temperatures to -20 in about 12 hours. With this system, the product maintains all its characteristics. With the tunnel method, we are able we are able to freeze milk, any type of curd and all vegetables. In 2016 we have frozen over 10 million kilos of goods.
